Sevcan brings more than 15 years of experience across marketing, business and leadership. Her career has taken her from major digital and ecommerce teams to founding a London consultancy and leading digital work for a hospitality brand. She built Rise Her Collective with the same instinct: good strategy starts by understanding real people.

Dilay began as an industrial engineer before moving into digital marketing. She has led work for Volkswagen, General Electric and Intel, then founded a consultancy for startups and small businesses. Today she builds focused marketing teams that give growing companies exactly the expertise they need.

Yildiz combines a science background with business development, international management and client work. She has delivered projects for global food brands and now supports international ecommerce businesses. At Rise Her Collective, she shapes how the community communicates and how the right support reaches the right founder.

Busena is the founder of strategic marketing consultancy Pazarlamakolog. She works with manufacturers, smaller businesses and consumer brands on growth, market entry and digital presence. As Turkey Country President, she is building the community on the ground there. Her strength is turning a broad ambition into a plan a team can actually use.

Yasemin is a Manchester based founder working across health technology and international trade. She brings 18 years of experience in telecommunications, business development, investor relations and strategic growth, with a strong connection to the startup and investment community in the North West.

Buket is an independent legal consultant and UK qualified immigration solicitor, advising individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses on complex UK immigration and nationality matters. Her experience spans sponsor licences, Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Innovator Founder, settlement and British citizenship applications. Having built her own career in the UK after immigrating at a young age, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work. Buket is also passionate about female leadership, entrepreneurship and international talent. She supports Rise Her Collective with strategic legal expertise and its mission to help women connect, grow and create new opportunities.
